Pencilday — pencil in anything

Pencilday is a free scheduling and planning app. Create a poll with possible dates, share it with friends, collect their availability, and choose a final date. Send invitations with RSVPs, run sign-up sheets, and share a booking page. Businesses can add a chat bubble, contact forms and booking to their own website.

Voting works without an account. Optional Google sign-in lets you keep your polls across devices and check your Google Calendar availability for scheduling conflicts.
